February 11th, 2012 is the date to remember! We hope you’re planning on making it to Philadelphia for both the ONWARD ’12 exhibition opening reception and first annual ONWARD Summit.

The ONWARD ’12 exhibition will take place at the Project Basho Gallery in Philadelphia from February 9th – March 25th, 2012. The opening reception will be 2-4pm on Saturday, February 11th. The two Juror’s Award Winners will be announced at the reception and also be invited to speak at the ONWARD Summit which is being held the same day, just a few blocks away from the ONWARD exhibition at Project Basho. The two winners, along with the selected photographers, will receive a slew of prizes and The West Collection will be making a purchase award of one of the pieces in the show.

The ONWARD Summit will take place at 5pm, directly following the opening reception and feature guest speakers, Todd Hido, Hiroh Kikai, Zoe Strauss, Peter Barberie, and the two ONWARD ’12 Juror’s Award Winners. It is a very special conference that will encourage new dialogues for this ever-changing medium we call photography.
